January 2020 - Present

  • Product manager for platform integration with Shopify, creating a simple integration for users to install Hero product as simply as installing other apps, cutting down integration time from 4-6 weeks to 2 minutes

  • Iterates quickly on newly released feature, using insights to adjust deployment to provide better value to users

  • Works cross functionally  with other product teams in the business to build automation of Hero services to enable easy integrations

  • Creates user stories and facilitates sizing and breakdown/detailing of stories so engineers can easily deliver on requirements

  • Defines vision for Platforms team by conducting in-depth discovery including data analysis, user feedback and stakeholder requirements to map Platforms team roadmap to company goals

TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER, HERO

April 2019 - January 2020

  • Managed the entire technical integration of the Hero product onto our partner’s websites, including javascript implementation, data indexing, customization,  end-to-end, UAT, and smoke testing, and bug fixes

  • Established current implementation process and guidelines

  • Collaborated with internal + external stakeholders to review requirements and set goals for each new client launch

  • Investigates all reported bugs, creating bug reports, triaging all issues and ensuring timely resolution

  • Conducts pre-sales technical  validation call with all prospective clients to ensure compatibility and ease of implementation

PRODUCT MANAGER, INNROAD

November 2018 - March 2019

  • Worked collaboratively with agile teams to define and execute expansion of product to the UK, including ensuring GDPR compliance

  • Conducted extensive research to determine requirements for product enhancements

  • Used agile methodology to iterate with UX designers and software engineers to develop and release optimal product solutions

IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST/PRODUCT MANAGER, BUILDINGLINK

November 2014 - November 2018

  • Managed development and launch of several successful products that are used by thousands of clients daily, including Alexa skills,  a new feature for both Android and iOS, as well as several web app modals

  • Built wireframes, conducted user research, QA testing & beta tests, and created user stories for ImageR, a new feature used thousands of times daily by Buildinglink clients

  • Served as a key member of the support team, managing incoming support requests, escalating reported bugs to the development team and tracking them through to their resolution

  • Trained all support team members through one-on-one coaching and large team sessions

  • Created and maintained training documentation & reference material 

  • Collaborated with the support, sales, and development departments to test and refine new features, advocate for users and secure customer relationships

  • Provided hands-on and remote training for staff and management of residential properties to use the BuildingLink software, recommends customization and tailoring of BuildingLink user experience based on customer feedback and individual needs
